UT to File Felony Gun Charge in Connection to Pro-Palestinian Protest

The University of Texas (UT) is planning to flex its liberal muscles by filing "at least one" felony charge for gun possession during a protest on campus this Monday, as stated by the university on Friday. This comes as no surprise, as the left-wing media has been in a frenzy over the presence of guns at the pro-Palestinian rally.

According to UT spokesperson Brian Davis, who gave a statement as vague as Biden's cognitive functions, the university plans to wield the long arm of the law with this charge, despite guns being allowed on campus per a state law signed by the gatorenator himself, Greg Abbott, in 2015. Funny how these leftists forget about the Second Amendment when it suits their narrative.

County Attorney Delia Garza is not aware of this case because the charge pursued is a third-degree felony.

Now, this is where it gets juicier than a fresh Texan steak: Travis County Attorney Delia Garza expressed her concern to KUT about UT's claim of confiscated weapons. She stated that her office hadn't seen any weapons or assault charges, which is like looking for a Democrat in a math class. It seems like UT is playing a game of hide-and-seek with the truth, and we all know how liberals love their games of pretend.

UT PD has apparently been in cahoots with the Travis County DA's office, cooking up this felony charge. But when faced with these revelations, Garza backpedaled faster than a Biden press secretary, confirming that her office "would not see felony charges." Sounds like someone got caught with their hand in the cookie jar!

Adding to this mess, UT remained tight-lipped about the ongoing investigation, leaving us all in suspense like a bad soap opera. They claim guns were confiscated, along with an assortment of other violent protester paraphernalia, but out of 79 arrests, only criminal trespassing charges were filed.

This gun possession charge, if it ever sees the light of day, would be the only proposed felony amidst all the chaos. Even the Texas Department of Public Safety withdrew a felony charge against a photojournalist, reducing it to a misdemeanor.

Stay tuned, folks, as we await the outcome of this political circus. Let's hope UT doesn't pull any more liberal stunts and actually presents some hard evidence. Keep your guns locked and loaded, y'all!
