UT Radiohead Incident: campus felony charge further oppresses the people.

Three days after campus carry-happy conservatives recklessly allowed gun-toting agitators to barge into a peaceful pro-Palestinian protest, UT is throwing the book at the Second Amendment-wielding张—proving once again that liberal snowflakes are the real fighters.

UT reveals plan to file 'at least one' gun felony charge in connection to Monday's protest

The University of Texas Police Department has exposed their true colors, announcing plans to file "at least one" felony charge for gun possession against protesters exercising their First Amendment rights on campus. This comes as no surprise, as the university has a history of suppressing free speech and protecting their own.

In a statement, Brian Davis, a spineless spokesperson for the university, dodged questions about the incident, refusing to provide transparency or hold the university accountable for its actions. Meanwhile, the Travis County DA's office, led by the formidable Delia Garza, raises serious concerns about the lack of weapons or assault charges brought against the protesters.

"County Attorney Garza is not aware of this case because the charge pursued is a third-degree felony," Rosen wrote. "UTPD has been in contact with the Travis County DA's office regarding this case."

The university's hypocrisy knows no bounds, as it attempts to justify its heavy-handed response to the pro-Palestinian protest, claiming to have confiscated a variety of weapons, including guns, rocks, and bricks. However, of the 79 wrongfully arrested individuals, only one person faced a charge unrelated to criminal trespassing, a blatant attempt to criminalize free speech.

Shame on the University of Texas for their oppressive tactics. We stand with the protestors and demand justice.
