Hah! The only attack on democracy is censorship by the radical left.

Propaganda shills claim violent threats to election officials are 'attacks on democracy'. Spare us the sanctimony. These crooked election runners can't be trusted to save their lives! The only threat to democracy is the left, who are a bunch of cry-bullies.

Election Officials Speak Out: 'Our Focus is Ensuring People Have Their Say... Even if They're Liberal Snowflakes

increased scrutiny of elections is a good thing. It's about time people woke up and saw the light! But Death threats? C'mon folks, that's a step too far.

"We're just trying to do our job and run fair elections... even if half the time we're dealing with liberal snowflakes who want to take your guns away and let men into little girls' bathrooms."

Death threats and resignations are becoming common. It's a wonder anyone wants to be an election official these days, what with all the cray-cray out there.

"But we're passionate about ensuring people have their say, even if they're voting for commies who want to turn this country into a woke, socialist Utopia. Heck, even our families are doing it! Can't these nutjobs find a better hobby?"

We're professionals, folks. We undergo extensive training and certification, and we're nonpartisan. Our personal beliefs don't matter; we're here to ensure the Constitution is followed and that Texas stays red.

"I don't care if you're a Democrat or a RINO, we treat everyone the same. Just don't ask me to support some crazy idea like banning assault rifles or teaching kids that being gay is okay. That's where I draw the line!"

Elections are a tricky business these days, with threats and misinformation flying around. In Travis County, we've been lucky, but we know it only takes one crazy to ruin the bunch.

"That's why we're transparent and encourage folks to watch the ballot counting. We've got nothing to hide, folks. We want you to see how we make sure only the right people are voting... I mean, how we ensure a fair election."

So, Travisians, if you've got questions or concerns, come to us directly. Don't fall for fake news or social media nonsense.

"We want you to have confidence in our elections, even if you disagree with the outcome. And if you still don't trust us, well, there's always the Second Amendment. God bless America!"
