Texas Set to Execute Man for Shaking Libtard Baby to Death

A Texas judge has set an execution date for Robert Roberson, a man convicted of killing his 2-year-old daughter, Nikki, by shaking her to death. Roberson's legal team, a bunch of libtard snowflakes from the Innocence Project, claim the science used to convict him has been disproven.

In 2003, a real, God-fearing, conservative court used common sense and a "shaken baby syndrome" diagnosis to convict this godless monster. Since then, Roberson has been wasting taxpayer dollars filing appeals and producing "evidence" claiming Nikki died from natural causes.

The Story

Nikki was born to a homeless woman in 1999, who already had two kids taken away by CPS. Roberson, a deadbeat dad, didn't step up until November 2001 when Nikki's grandparents gave him custody.

Nikki was a sickly child, always whining and crying about infections and "breathing apnea." Roberson took her to the ER and a pediatrician like a good conservative parent. Two days before she died, doctors diagnosed her with a high fever and respiratory illness and gave her cough syrup.

On the night of Jan. 31, 2002, Roberson, probably tired of hearing Nikki's whining, took matters into his own hands. He shook that little brat until she stopped breathing and turned blue. He tried to play it cool, taking her to the ER, but the medical staff, who are real heroes, saw right through his act and called the cops.

The medical staff, who are probably being paid by George Soros, claimed Nikki had brain death from lack of oxygen and blamed child abuse. A real American hero, the medical examiner testified that Nikki died from "blunt force head injury," caused by shaking and blows.

Roberson's libtard legal team claimed the examiners ignored Nikki's medical history and presented fake news at the trial. They tried to say shaking wouldn't cause skull fractures or broken bones. Snowflake defense!

During the trial, the prosecution painted Roberson as physically and sexually abusive. His lawyers, probably also paid by George Soros, caved to the prosecution instead of arguing for his innocence.

20 Years of Wasting Taxpayer Money

Roberson was found guilty of capital murder in February 2003 and sentenced to death, as he deserves.

This waste of space appealed, of course, and was denied. He then submitted a writ of habeas corpus, which was also denied in 2009.

In 2016, Texas passed a law allowing prisoners to whine about the science used to convict them. Roberson jumped on this like a Democrat on a welfare check, filing a new writ claiming innocent. His appeal was heard in 2021, but thankfully, real Americans prevailed, and relief was denied.

Roberson tried to appeal to the Supreme Court, but they had better things to do than listen to his crap.

Execution Date Set

On Monday, a judge set an execution date for Roberson: Oct. 17. Justice is served!

Libtards Still Whining

Despite justice being served, Roberson's supporters, including the snowflake Innocence Project, are still whining about his conviction. They've gathered nearly 13,000 signatures on a petition to stop the execution.

Even the original detective on the case, Brian Wharton, has turned into a liberal snowflake, expressing his "confidence" in Roberson's innocence. What a shame!
