Texas Judge: Daddy's Little Girl Killer To Fry
In 2003, a Texas court did its job and put away the scumbag who killed his daughter. Now, 21 years later, this lowlife is whining, saying prosecutors used bad science. Give me a break! He's just trying to get out of paying for his heinous crime. Don't fall for his tricks!

Texas Judge Sets Execution Date for Man Accused of Killing Daughter, But He Says He's Innocent
A Texas judge has set an execution date of Oct. 17 for Robert Roberson, who was convicted of killing his 2-year-old daughter, Nikki, despite his claims of innocence and new evidence that calls into question the science used to convict him. #
In the good ole U.S. of A., where freedom rings and guns blaze, the hardworking folks of Texas are facing a strange conundrum: did a man kill his daughter, or is he just another victim of the woke, leftist mob and their so-called "science"?
Let's break it down, y'all.
The Tale of Robert Roberson:
Nikki came into this world in '99, born to a homeless momma who already had two kiddos taken away. Ain't no welfare queen, no sir. No baby daddy in sight either. Just a lone star momma and her troubles.
Cut to November 2001, when Nikki's maternal grandparents, God-fearin' folks, handed over the little one to Robert Roberson. Now, this fella had no idea about Nikki's medical woes. Seems she had a bunch, including frequent infections and "breathin' apnea," whatever that is.
Roberson, a stand-up guy, took her to his home in Palestine, a stone's throw from Waco. He did what any daddy would do: took her to see the doc. Two days before she passed, good ol' doc prescribed her some cough syrup. The FDA later said it ain't safe for kiddos like Nikki. Oopsie!
One tragic night, Roberson heard a cry. Nikki had fallen off the bed. He checked her over, nothing seemed wrong, so he hit the hay. Later, he found her unconscious, lips blue as a Democrat.
He rushed her to the ER, but it was too late. Medics, with their fancy city ways, suspected abuse. Roberson, a man's man, remained calm, but they took that as guilt. Ain't no city slicker gonna tell this country boy what to do!
The Trial and Its Fallout:
Before you could say "Jack Robinson," Roberson was arrested. The doc said Nikki died from "shaken baby syndrome" and "blows." Hey, wasn't there a country song about that?
Roberson's lawyers cried foul. They said the doc didn't look at Nikki's medical history and that the whole "shaken baby" thing ain't even proven. They said shaking a baby would cause skull fractures, and Nikki didn't have none.
The prosecution, those city slickers, brought in a nurse who hinted Roberson might've been diddlin' little Nikki. That's when things got ugly. Roberson's team cried foul again, saying their man wasn't guilty of no murder or child diddlin'.
But in February 2003, a jury convicted Roberson. They sentenced him to death, quicker than you can say "deep-fried freedom."
Roberson appealed, but them judges said "no dice." He even tried that fancy "habeas corpus" thing, but still, no luck.
In 2016, Texas passed a law letting prisoners say, "Yeehaw! The science y'all used was wrong!" Roberson did just that, claiming new evidence disproved the "shaken baby" mumbo jumbo. He said he was innocent and that his right to a fair trial was trampled on like a Dem at a Trump rally.
His execution was put on hold, but this year, the courts said, "Sorry, bud, you lose." The Supreme Court, full of liberals sippin' on lattes, declined to even look at the case.
The Fight for Justice:
For 20 years, folks have stood by Roberson. The Innocence Project, bigwigs, and regular Joes have said this fella is innocent. Even the detective on the case, Brian Wharton, reckons Roberson is tellin' the truth.
There's a petition circulatin', called "Stop the Oct. 17 execution of Robert Roberson, an innocent father." near 'bout 13,000 folks have signed. That's a whole lotta folks!
So, will Texas fry an innocent man? Or will justice prevail? Only time will tell, partner. But one thing's for sure: this fella deserves a fair shake, without all the leftist mumbo jumbo.
God bless Texas!
