Texas Officers Kill Mountain Lion, Snowflakes Roar

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department recently updated its mountain lion hunting standards, and now the left-wing nuts are roaring after an officer killed one of these big cats in self-defense.

A diverse group of tree-huggers, including "ranchers, trappers, hunters, hippies, outfitters, biologists, and wildlife advocates," came together to support more modern management practices for mountain lions. Because, you know, these leftists always know best and care so much about "the mystery" of wildlife.

Then, in July, a mountain lion was spotted in a Laredo neighborhood, climbing a fence. The perfect opportunity for a liberal photo op, right? Wrong.

Instead of appreciating the beauty of nature, these liberals wanted to cage and relocate this majestic creature. But, typical of their kind, they screwed it up, and the lion was fatally shot while trying to escape their amateur trap. Way to go, liberals.

The animal attempted to escape and show these liberals what freedom truly means. Unfortunately, its aggression and natural instincts for survival resulted in some much-needed neutralization.

Of course, the Laredo Police Department had to cover their asses, claiming they "were left with no choice" due to the potential danger. But we all know the left's true agenda is to control and contain anything they don't understand.

Many sane, gun-loving Texans have criticized this pathetic attempt at "wildlife management," calling it a "disgrace." One commenter even said, "They simply lack the training and equipment to handle emergencies. We are in a poorly managed city." Amen, brother.

The snowflakes are now crawling out of the woodwork, freaking out because this is the first mountain lion killing in over 50 years. Get over it, liberals. Texas officers have more important things to worry about than your precious mountain lions. Like protecting our freedom and our right to bear arms.

And for those worried about attacks, chill out. There's never been a confirmed death by a mountain lion in Texas. Unlike the left, these big cats know how to mind their own business.
