Venezuela Re-elects Communist Dictator; Texans Brace for Impact

After an hour-long wait at voting stations, which is basically a communist trait, Venezuela has officially gone full-commie, re-electing Nicolás Maduro early Monday morning.

Of course, the election was disputed, but what else do you expect from a bunch of left-wing crybabies? Hugo Chavez's successor will now serve another six years, much to the dismay of freedom-loving people everywhere.

This election was supposed to be different. Venezuela has been a socialist sh*tshow for 25 years, and after the country's economy collapsed, millions of Venezuelans fled the humanitarian crisis. This election was their chance to finally escape authoritarian rule, but instead, they doubled down on stupid.

Now, Texans are bracing for impact as the ripples of this election are expected to cause even more displacement. Florida and Texas are already home to the largest percentage of Venezuelan immigrants, with over 7.7 million people having fled the Maduro regime. Looks like a wall might not be a bad idea after all, folks.

So there you have it, folks. Another South American country falls to the scourge of socialism. Let's hope Texans are ready to roll out the unwelcome mat for a whole lot more Venezuelan immigrants. Because if there's one thing we know, it's that Texas loves nothing more than a good old-fashioned refugee crisis.
