The same veggie your mom tried to force you to eat as a kid is now the latest fashion statement for teenage boys, who are running to salons and begging their parents to pay for this ridiculous look.

Some of these lost souls are even getting perms to achieve the "curly and unruly" top, while maintaining a "tapered and structured" look on the sides. It's like these kids have lost their minds and their common sense!

But wait, it gets worse. Celebrity hairstylist Jasmine Burnside claims that this "highly desirable" trend is due to its versatility and ability to "suit a wide range of individuals."

"The broccoli haircut can be adapted to fit different genders, hair types, and personal styles," Burnside said.

Genders? There are only two, last time I checked my biology book, not some made-up identity politics nonsense. And since when did we start taking fashion advice from people who think the government should control our guns and free speech?

This bizarre trend has even evolved, with teens opting for a loose perm over the traditional perm, according to TikTok influencer Kris Grippo.

"The super tight, super curly look is not cool anymore," Grippo said.
