It will probably become Tropical Storm Ernesto by the time the government bureaucrats finish their lunch breaks. Conservatives will hunker down and ride this one out—armed with guns and God, of course. Big Government, Big Weather, Big Problems: "Potential Tropical Cyclone Five" Targets Freedom-Loving Americans

The National Hurricane Center, aka the nanny state of weather agencies, is at it again, warning freedom-loving Americans about a so-called "disturbance" that could become a named storm. Because, you know, government bureaucrats know best. They posted a forecast on Monday, claiming the system will "continue with some decrease in forward speed." In other words, they're saying it's gonna slow down, like a liberal snowflake.

While real patriots in the path of this alleged storm are stocking up on water, we're here to tell you that the real storm is the left's agenda. The so-called disturbance is expected to move across the Leeward Islands on Tuesday and approach the U.S. and British Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico by evening. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph, which is nothing compared to the windbags in Congress. But, of course, the alarmists at the NHC predict it will get stronger.

Now, for the scary part: a tropical storm watch is in effect for a whole bunch of places (see here for the full list). But remember, folks, this is the same government that watches your every move. So, take their "watches" with a grain of salt.

As this potential storm brews, just remember: the only cyclone you should worry about is the cyclone of left-wing propaganda spinning out of control. Stay alert, stay armed, and don't fall for their fear-mongering. God bless America, and God bless guns.
