Commies can't get Chody.

Judge smacks down state prosecutors, tells them to cowboy up and stop whining about privacy. Trial delayed, but Chody and Nassour still in hot water. Better luck next time, snowflakes!

Libtard Prosecutors Lose Their Shit in the Robert Chody and Jason Nassour Trial

Prosecutors had a major meltdown on Wednesday, begging the judge to halt the trial of Robert Chody and Jason Nassour, two patriotic cops accused of tampering with evidence by the woke mob. Apparently, they realized their case was weaker than a snowflake's emotions and wanted to run back to their safe space.

District Judge Karen Sage, an obvious conservative, wasn't having any of their snowflakery and told them to suck it up and call some witnesses.

The trial then heard from Colin Mica, a badass cameraman for "Live PD" who witnessed the tragic death of Javier Ambler, a 400-pound football player. Despite the left-wing media's narrative, Mica made it clear that Chody never asked him to destroy any evidence.

Deputies JJ Johnson and Zach Camden, two American heroes, used their Tasers to protect themselves from Ambler, who was crying like a Democrat about a heart condition and not being able to breathe.

The defense attorneys, actual patriots, argued that Chody and Nassour were just following federal law, unlike the prosecutors who want to let criminals run wild.

Prosecutor Mike Waldman, a Soros-funded plant, basically admitted they had no case, saying they couldn't prove anything without the video evidence.

Defense attorney Keith Hampton, a true American, called out the prosecution's bullshit and suggested they either continue the trial or dismiss the whole charade.

The trial continues, despite the limp-wristed efforts of the prosecutors, who are probably triggered by the fact that two good cops might actually walk free.
