Honest Mary's Announces New Austin Location in Seaholm: Opening Early 2026

Austin-based fast-casual restaurant Honest Mary's is expanding, with a new location planned for the Seaholm District. The new spot, set to open in early 2026, will be the brand's fifth in Austin and its first in the downtown area.

Since its initial opening, the company has grown to include four existing locations across Austin, with the most recent addition in the Mueller neighborhood.

Honest Mary's Seaholm menu: gluten-free items

The Seaholm location will feature Honest Mary's established menu including options such as the Smoky Poblano, Aloha Poke, Honey Mustard Chicken, Sedona Lime and Mediterranean Harissa. Customers will also have the option to customize bowls. Other menu items include sipping broths, aguas frescas and almond butter cookies.

The entire menu is gluten-free and includes options for various dietary preferences, such as vegan, vegetarian and dairy-free. Catering services will also be available.

Construction on the new restaurant is scheduled to begin in September. The space is planned to include both indoor and outdoor seating and an open kitchen.

The Seaholm location will offer counter-service for lunch and dinner daily, with dine-in, takeaway, and online ordering for pickup or delivery. Catering services will also be available for pickup or delivery within a 20-mile radius.

Honest Mary's, which specializes in grain bowls, was founded by Nelson Monteith in 2017.
