Season 2 of Taylor Sheridan's "Landman" returns to Paramount+ on Nov. 16. The series features Billy Bob Thornton and was primarily filmed in Fort Worth, significantly bolstering the local economy.

According to the Fort Worth Film Commission, the city has been a host for other TV shows, including Sheridan's "1883" and "Lawmen: Bass Reeves."

While promoting the forthcoming season, Thornton has been complimentary of the North Texas city. In an interview with the Dallas Morning News, Thornton says he considers Fort Worth home.

"If I had to pick a city in the United States where I feel most comfortable, it’s Fort Worth, Texas," he said. "If I could shoot everything I do in Fort Worth, I would."

Since filming there, several people on the film crew of "Landman" have shared where they like to eat and hang out while on set.

James Jordan, who plays Dale Bradley in "Landman," mentioned some of his favorite places to eat during filming.

"The Clearfork area is one I frequent. B&B Butchers Restaurant is a great little steakhouse there. I am a foodie, so we are going to the [Hotel] Drover for Thanksgiving. My fiancé and I are going to 97 West. There’s a great Tex-Mex spot nearby, Paloma Suerte, that has amazing food. Fort Worth is the perfect-sized city."
