The first annual Austin Yoga Festival drew hundreds of attendees to the Long Center for a day filled with yoga sessions, wellness activations, music, and more. The event, inspired by Austin's community-focused festivals, offered a variety of activities including heart-centered vinyasa sessions, bubble dance parties, sound baths, and mindfulness spaces. Featured practitioners included Wild Heart Yoga's Jordan Stinson leading a slow flow and sound session, Celebrica Austin's Sofiia Bila creating bubbles during a dance party, and harpist Sarah Hall performing live. The festival also provided opportunities for relaxation, with hammocks available for rest and sound baths designed to promote tranquility. Organizers hope to continue building the event in the years to come.
