Some genius decided to play with fire and ended up blowing themselves to smithereens. But don't worry, it's not like there was any danger to the public or anything. The Harford County Fire Brigade, or as I like to call them, the "Har-lean-on-me boys," were called to a "debris field" (that's a fancy way of saying a house that's been blown to kingdom come) at 6:42 am. That's an ungodly hour to be awake, but I guess someone had to clean up the mess.

"Yes, we had a call about a gas leak. We thought it was a routine call, but then we realized it was a house already blown to kingdom come." said Master Deputy Oliver Alkire, scratching his head.

One person bites the dust, and another ends up hurt. But hey, at least they kept it contained. The blast happened in Bel Air, about 30 miles from Baltimore. The road leading to the house is closed, which is a bummer if you're trying to get your morning commute on. But let's be real, who lives in Baltimore and has a house in Bel Air? That's like a toddler playing with their food and then throwing it on the floor. You don't give them steak; you give them mashed peas.
