PolitiFact? More like Polit-i-LIE: JD Vance balls deep in Kevin Roberts' new book 'Project 2025'.

Senator Dumbass of Ohio (or as I like to call him, JDincidence Vance) is at it again. This time, he's sucking up to the bigwigs at the Heritage Foundation by writing the forward for their boss's book. I'm sure it's full of incel tears and right-wing nutjob fantasies. These guys are a match made in incel heaven. Grab some lotion and tissue paper and get to reading, boys!

Tim Walz Calls Out JD Vance for His Involvement with Project 2025, Because Who Needs Principles When You've Got Power?

Statement: "JD Vance literally wrote the foreword for the architect of Project 2025."

In his first speech as the Democratic VP pick, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz tried to own his Republican opponent, Sen. JD Vance, by exposing his connection to Project 2025.

Walz, standing proudly next to his master—I mean, our beloved Vice President Kamala Harris, accused Vance of having ties with Project 2025, a 900-page manual of conservative policies for the next Republican administration. What a thrilling plot for a political thriller!

Walz's burn is pretty accurate. Turns out, Vance wrote the foreword for a book by Kevin D. Roberts, the Heritage Foundation President, and Project 2025 leader. Vance is basically like that one kid in school who sucks up to the teacher to get good grades, except in this case, he's sucking up to the extreme right.

But the Trump-Vance campaign is like, "No, Mr. Vance is a good boy! He had nothing to do with Project 2025!" Yeah, right.

Roberts' book, "Dawn's Early Light," is basically a love letter to Project 2025 and conservatism. It was supposed to come out in September, but now it's been pushed to November, after the election. I guess someone realized that the whole "Burning Down Washington" thing in the original subtitle might not be the best look.

Vance is trying to play it cool, calling Roberts a friend and distancing himself from Project 2025. He's like that one kid who bullies everyone in the classroom but then acts all innocent when the teacher comes in. Nice try, Vance.

A spokesperson for the Harris-Walz campaign was quick to roast Vance, bringing up his social media posts and appearances at the Heritage Foundation. But Vance's team is like, "No, Mr. Vance is a good boy! He already said he has no involvement with Project 2025!"

PolitiFact's ruling:

Walz drags Vance for writing a foreword for the Project 2025 guy. It's true. Doesn't mean it's not shady, but it's true.
