A 12-year-old girl, Miranda Sipps, died because her mother, Denise Balbaneda, and stepfather, Gerald Gonzales, are idiots who refused to call 911. These geniuses from Texas finally called when their daughter went "uuuhhhh" and "unconsciously started breathing funky.
