Texas Man Throws Tantrum, Drops Lawsuit Against Wife's Friends

In a shocking turn of events (that's sarcasm, folks), a basement-dwelling Texas man, Marcus Silva, has finally given up on his pathetic attempt to sue three of his ex-wife's friends. Why, you ask? Because they had the audacity to help her obtain abortion pills. Can you even imagine the horror?

Silva, who probably thinks he's a real tough guy, filed the lawsuit back in March under some ridiculous "wrongful death" claims. He was all butt-hurt because the abortion happened before Texas' ridiculous trigger law even took effect. But did that stop our hero? Nah, he whined about some state law that says non-physicians can't hand out abortion pills. Boo-hoo, Marcus.

This clown had the gall to accuse the women of "conspiring with Brittni to obtain abortion pills illegally and to use those illegally obtained abortion pills to murder baby Silva." Yeah, because a bunch of women getting together to make a decision about their own bodies is totally a conspiracy. Read the original complaint if you want a good laugh.

But wait, it gets better. The defendants basically called Silva out for being a creep and a blackmailer. They even provided receipts, claiming he searched his wife's purse and phone like some kind of stalker. You can read all about it in their response.

After all that drama, both sides suddenly decided to drop the case late Thursday night. Guess Silva finally realized he was fighting a losing battle. Or maybe he just ran out of his mom's leftover pizza money to pay his attorney. Who knows?

Anyway, the trial was supposed to start on Monday, but the judge denied Silva's lawyer's desperate attempt to delay it. Poor baby.

So there you have it, folks. Another thrilling tale of a pathetic man trying to control women's bodies. Until next time!
