Across Texas, McDonald's owner/operators are coming together on Tuesday to support communities reeling from the recent devastating floods in the Hill Country and Greater Central Texas.
McDonald's is hosting a "Texas Together" fundraiser. Participating McDonald's restaurants will donate a portion of sales from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to the Salvation Army. These funds are earmarked to directly aid flood relief and recovery efforts, providing essential support to families and communities grappling with the aftermath of the severe weather event.
By purchasing a meal or snack at a participating McDonald's during the designated hours, customers can play a part in assisting The Salvation Army's critical work. The organization provides a range of emergency disaster services, including food, shelter and other resources to those affected by natural disasters.
This collaborative effort highlights a community-minded response to a shared challenge, as local businesses and charitable organizations work in tandem to help Texans rebuild and recover.
