Austin honored Veterans Day 2025 with a vibrant parade and a solemn ceremony at the Capitol, celebrating the courage and dedication of those who served.

Spectators cheered as a veteran marched in the Veterans Day Parade in downtown Austin on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025. Hundreds lined Congress Avenue to honor military service members. Marching bands, JROTC cadets, veteran groups, first responders, and community organizations filled the parade route. A Veterans Day ceremony and resource fair followed on the south steps of the Capitol.
