Leander Police Search for Missing 16-Year-Old Trinity Pesina

The Leander Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old girl who was reported as a runaway on Tuesday. Her parents last saw her on Monday, according to the department.
Trinity Pesina, 16, is believed to still be in the Leander area with friends assisting in concealing her location, Leander PD said in a social media post.
On Friday, the department shared a physical description and images of Pesina. Officials reported that she was last seen wearing a black tank top and maroon pajama pants. She typically wears a necklace with a small heart that contains the letter “T,” officials wrote.
The police department said that harboring a juvenile runaway is a criminal offense, punishable by a maximum of one year in jail and a $4,000 fine.
Authorities urged members of the public to contact the department at 512-528-2800 and reference case number 26-0834 with any information on Pesina’s location or reach out to a detective via e-mail at cyoung@leandertx.gov.
