Severe storms moving across the Austin area Sunday night left behind damaged trees, blocked yards and crushed vehicles by Monday morning. Across Austin neighborhoods, residents assessed damage after strong winds moved through Central Texas late Sunday into early Monday. Austin Energy reported widespread outages overnight as crews worked Monday to restore power across the city.
