Two northbound lanes are closed in the 4000 block of MoPac — at 35th Street — early Wednesday morning due to a disabled 18-wheeler, according to the Austin Police Department. The agency made the announcement in a social media post on X at 5:36 a.m. here and said a tow truck is on its way to the scene.
Commuters are instructed to "plan accordingly" and the agency said it would post an update when the roadway is clear.
