Silver Alert issued for missing Austin man Steve Granado

Austin police are searching for 73-year-old Steve Granado, who was last seen on Saturday morning near downtown Austin. A Silver Alert was issued late Saturday for Granado, who was last seen around 10 a.m. in the 500 block of West 10th Street, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Silver Alerts are used to help locate missing older adults who may be in danger. Granado is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and about 190 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a pale yellow shirt and black-and-gray checkered pajama pants. Anyone who sees Granado should call 911.
