Austin doctor, Dr. Tyler McClintock of Midtown Urology Associates, is offering dermal filler injections into the penis, a procedure purported to enhance width and boost sexual confidence. The process involves injecting the substance, typically used for facial wrinkles, into the penis to increase girth. A study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine surveyed 432 men who had undergone PhalloFill treatment, with most reporting improved satisfaction during intimacy, better self-confidence, and enhanced relationships with partners.

The treatment costs around $10,000 for four rounds, with each one adding about a quarter inch in width. Injections are administered under local anesthesia, with laughing gas offered to reduce anxiety. The technique uses a series of smaller injections spaced a month apart, a method McClintock claims leads to better, longer-lasting results than older techniques that injected larger amounts of filler at once. Patients must wait 10 days between treatments before resuming sexual activity.

McClintock’s patients vary in age, relationship status, and sexual orientation. He sees both single and married men, and some patients even bring their partners to the appointments. The doctor's clientele includes men in their 70s down to those in their 20s, all seeking a confidence boost, whether for re-entering the dating scene or simply enhancing their sexual performance.
