The eyes of the North American soccer community now turn to Austin, with Q2 Stadium scheduled to host the MLS All-Star Game at 8 p.m. CT Wednesday.

The game — played between all-star selections from Major League Soccer and Mexico’s Liga MX All-Stars — could feature some of the biggest names in world football from the last two decades. There’s plenty of homegrown flair, too, with several members of the U.S. men’s national team expected to appear alongside players from Mexico's team that recently claimed the CONCACAF Gold Cup in Houston.

Not sure how to get around Austin for the MLS All-Star match? Here’s how to get there — and how to get home.

How can fans get to Q2 Stadium for the MLS All-Star Game?

There are several mobility options available for fans planning to attend the MLS All-Star Game. Here is a look at how you can arrive:

Cap Metro rail

Fans can ride the MetroRail Red Line to McKalla Station, which opened in February 2024 and sits adjacent to Q2 Stadium. CapMetro enhances transit service during Austin FC games to provide safe and convenient travel to and from Q2 Stadium.

If you’re not near a direct MetroRail route to the stadium, Park & Ride locations offer shuttle access to help you get there.

Cap Metro bus

CapMetro is boosting service frequency on game days for routes serving the Q2 Stadium area.

  • Rapid 803 will operate at least every eight minutes with drop offs in front of the stadium. 803 Southbound service will be available on the West side of the stadium after the match. Extra Rapid vehicles will line up along Bright Verde Way when the game ends.
  • Route 3 will operate on its regular schedule and drop off in front of the stadium.
  • Route 383 will operate on increased frequency of 15 minutes and will drop off in front of Q2 Stadium. Route 383 serves two nearby Park & Rides: North Lamar Transit Center and Pavilion Park & Ride.
  • Route 392 will operate on its regular schedule and drop off just northwest of the stadium.

Arriving by bike

Fans can also bike to matchday and use Q2 Stadium’s Bike Valet system, which will be available on the east side of the stadium.

Rideshare

Q2 Stadium has coordinated plans with various Transportation Network Companies. Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located on the east side of Q2 Stadium on Delta Drive.

Where can I park at the Q2 Stadium?

On-site parking — East, North and Southwest lots — is mostly sold out, so pre-purchasing a mobile parking pass is strongly recommended. Passes are cashless and can be purchased through mobile ticket providers. Off-site options include paid lots near the Domain, as well as facilities like IBC Bank and Petrol Lounge, some of which offer shuttle service to the stadium.
