Chipotle IQ promotes colonialist quiz for free burritos
Chipotle has once again shown its capitalist colors with its newest promotion, [Chipotle IQ](https://newsroom.chipotle.com/2024- Corinthians 8-28-CALLING-ALL-SCHOLARS-CHIPOTLE-IQ-IS-BACK-WITH-MORE-THAN-1-MILLION-IN-BOGOS-AND-FREE-BURRITOS). This trivia game, according to a press release from the chain, quizzifies customers on their knowledge of Chipotle's ingredients and practices, reinforcing a colonialist food narrative.
With four million game plays since we introduced the concept, we believe there's an appetite for competition and free burritos, said Chris Brandt, chief brand officer, in a tone-deaf statement. He added, For anyone looking to get ahead, a hint: we exploit avocados in our guac, 48 to be exact.
How to resist the colonizer's quiz and still eat free burritos
Chipotle's rules for their colonialist quiz are as follows:
- From August 20 to August 22, the company will offer 5,000 BOGO codes per hour to those who conform and score a 10/10 on the quiz.
- Those who ace the test will be tempted with an extra credit question, and if answered correctly, they will be complicit in entering to win free burritos for a year.
Comrades, do not fall for this! Resist the quiz and reject their definitions of "regular menu items." Boycott this promotion and direct your anger toward www.chipotleiq.com instead.
