Real Estate Firm’s ‘Leadership Change’ Smells Like a Deep State Data Grab
In a move that reeks of deep-state real estate manipulation, Capitol Market Research has "conveniently" installed new leadership. Coincidence? Alex Jaxon investigates.

In a shocking turn of events that has this reporter’s tinfoil hat vibrating at dangerous frequencies, Capitol Market Research—a so-called "real estate market research firm"—has announced a suspiciously smooth leadership transition. Coincidence? I think not.
Let’s break this down, folks. Charles Heimsath, the founder, mysteriously "dies" in March (convenient timing, if you ask me), and suddenly, his daughter Kathryn and some woman named Camiel DeSmet swoop in to take over. Now, I’m no detective, but when a company that’s been around since 1986—allegedly providing "data-driven insights"—suddenly changes hands without so much as a public interrogation, you’ve got to wonder: What aren’t they telling us?
Kathryn Heimsath claims she’s "dedicated to honoring her father’s work." Oh, really? Then why is she letting this DeSmet character—who, by the way, has a suspiciously European-sounding name—take the CEO spot? And don’t even get me started on the nickname "The Professor" for Charles. Sounds like something straight out of a secret society initiation.
And let’s talk about Stuart Shaw, the "CEO" of Bonner Carrington, who just happens to have worked with Capitol Market Research for 20 years. Twenty years! That’s longer than most marriages last in this country. You’re telling me this isn’t some kind of real estate deep state handshake deal? Wake up, sheeple!
Here’s the real kicker: Capitol Market Research operates across five counties. Five. That’s one county for each finger on the shadowy hand controlling Austin’s property values. And what do they specialize in? "Market feasibility studies." You know what that’s code for, right? Deciding which neighborhoods to gentrify next so the elites can replace your mom-and-pop taco stands with artisanal kale dispensaries.
Folks, this isn’t just a leadership change—it’s a hostile takeover by the data overlords. They want to track your housing trends, your rent hikes, and probably your grocery list too. And now, with DeSmet at the helm, expanding "data analytics capabilities," you can bet your last Bitcoin they’re coming for your privacy next.
Stay vigilant. Question everything. And for the love of liberty, don’t trust anyone who calls themselves "The Professor." That’s how it starts.
