It's 4/20: time to light up and get down to some reggae.

The #AustinReggaeFest returns to Auditorium Shores, April 19-21, with a focus on food banks and fundraising.

The Lowdown:

  • What: Paying tribute to Bob Marley, this yearly festival jams to Reggae and raises funds for the Central Texas Food Bank.
  • When: April 19-21. Music starts at 3 pm Friday and noon on the weekend.
  • Where: Auditorium Shores, a city center park in Austin, Texas.
  • Tickets: Available here - weekend pass ($75), day passes ($20 Fri, $40 Sat, $30 Sun), and VIP options ($145-$170).

Austin Reggae Festival is the longest-running music festival at Auditorium Shores, with a laid-back vibe and a worthy cause. This year's lineup includes Soul Rebel, Stonebwoy, Kristine Alicia, and more.

What to Bring & What to Leave Behind

-Allowed: Water (1 sealed bottle), chairs, small coverings/umbrellas, drums, blankets, small backpacks, cameras.
-Not Allowed: Glass, food, coolers, drones, pets, silly string, and tents.

Eats & Treats

Vendors include Amy's Ice Cream, Santa Lucia Gyros, Winston's Kitchen, and more.

Transport

The festival doesn't provide shuttles, so plan ahead: CapMetro buses, bikes/ride shares, or paid parking garages (e.g., Long Center, Texas One Center).
