A.B. Quintanilla's Rant & Apology

A.B. Quintanilla, brother of Tejano legend Selena Quintanilla-Pérez, went on a rant during a performance in San Antonio, which promptly went viral. He has since apologized via a now-deleted IG video, attributing his behavior to not taking his medication.

"I broke last night... I'd like to apologize to everybody." — A.B. Quintanilla

Quintanilla, facing a possible cancer scare, paused his medication for biopsies. He vowed never to perform in his hometown again, criticizing the crowd's lackluster response:

"I come to my hometown in Texas, San Antonio, and I got no f***ing love... Just like you support the Dallas Cowboys, who lose every f***** year."

He received backlash, with fans booing and retorting.
