Oklahoma Ravaged by Deadly Tornadoes, Just a Week After Previous Outbreak

Just a week after deadly tornadoes hit Oklahoma, another round of severe storms battered the state on Monday, causing significant damage.

Multiple tornadoes touched down in northeastern and central Oklahoma, with one in Barnsdall, resulting in one death and multiple injuries, according to KOTV. The twister also struck the nearby rural community of Bartlesville, north of Tulsa.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported approximately 30-40 homes were damaged in Barnsdall, and a natural gas leak was also reported, said the state's Department of Emergency Management.

Drone Footage and Social Media Images Show Extensive Damage

Drone footage and social media posts revealed the extent of the destruction in Barnsdall and Bartlesville, with houses reduced to rubble, uprooted trees, and debris strewn across the landscape.
