Austin police are hunting for multiple shooters after two women were shot, one fatally, in a Waffle House parking lot early Saturday morning.

Around 6 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at 12304 Dessau Road. They found 25-year-old Tykeisha Lewis with a single gunshot wound. She later died in hospital.

"Lewis was transported to an area hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at 8:21 a.m. on June 11."

A second, unidentified woman was also shot and is now in stable condition in hospital.
