Kari Lake drops lawsuit: What a genius... not

Kari Lake: Showing the Washington Generals How Failure's Done.

Kari Lake: Arizona's (Not So) Fearless Loser

Kari Lake, Arizona's failed Republican governor candidate, is giving new meaning to the term "fearless loser." While she continues her conspiracy-laden quest to overturn her 2022 election loss, Lake has accumulated a impressive streak of losses: legal appeals, lawsuits, and now, a failed bid for the U.S. Senate.

"Britain’s Worst Boxer,” Rockin’ Robin Deakin, lost 51 straight bouts. Lake's giving him a run for his money.

A three-judge panel for Arizona’s Court of Appeals affirmed what we all knew: Lake's attorneys failed, yet again, to prove any misconduct by Maricopa County election officials.

A Lose-lose Situation

Lake is becoming a legend, joining the ranks of infamous losers. The Louisville Colonels (pre-dating the current team) lost 26 straight games in 1889, and the NFL's Chicago Cardinals lost 29 games straight.

Chicken or just cluck-clueless? Lake won't debate her primary opponent, Mark Lamb.

Kari's a real winner when it comes to losing. Harold Stassen ran for US President nine times starting in the 1940s, but at least he'd been elected Governor of Minnesota first.

The General Loser?

Lake's losses are iconic, much like the Washington Generals, the comedic foils to the Harlem Globetrotters, who last won in 1971 and have since lost about 2,500 straight games. While Lake's legal defeats are not quite on that level, her persistence in loss is remarkable.

Each loss is a new grift, a new way to solicit funds from MAGA supporters who buy her sad story. But grifting is not winning, and Kari Lake is the definition of a loser.
