Mega Millions Jackpot Rises to $47 Million on Friday

The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday's drawing has climbed to an estimated $47 million. The winning numbers will be revealed at 11 p.m. ET, and one lucky player could take home a lump-sum payment of $22.6 million in cash.

So far, two people have struck it rich this year, with a New Jersey player winning $1.13 billion in March and an Illinois player claiming $552 million last week.
