Juneteenth, commemorates emancipation of enslaved people in Texas, 2.5 years after Emancipation Proclamation. It's a federal holiday since 2021.

  • USPS: Closed, no mail, except Priority Mail Express.
  • Banks: Capital One, Bank of America, PNC, Truist, CitiBank, JPMorgan Chase: Closed.
  • Grocers/Retailers: H-E-B, Costco, Walmart, Kroger, Target: Open, regular hours.
  • UPS/FedEx: Open, regular service, including pickup and delivery.
