New Italian Restaurant Coming to Dripping Springs, TX

A new Italian restaurant, Cousin Louie's, is set to open in Dripping Springs this fall. The full-service Italian-American restaurant is the latest concept from Tc4 & Co., the group behind popular Austin eateries Tony C’s Coal-Fired Pizza, Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, The League Kitchen & Tavern, and Mighty Fine Burgers Fries & Shakes.

"We’re all very excited to bring Cousin Louie’s to life and add a new concept to the Tc4 & Co. portfolio,” said Chef Louis Ciola III. “I spent a lot of time with my Great Uncle Dominick at the original Ciola’s in Virginia Beach when I was younger, so I’m thankful for the opportunity to carry on that legacy, while incorporating what I’ve learned from working with some of Austin’s best chefs, to create the Cousin Louie’s menu."

Cousin Louie's will be operated by Tc4 & Co. founders Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, along with third-generation chef Louis Ciola III, who will bring family recipes to the table. The menu will feature hand-made pasta, Italian-American classics made fresh daily, and a selection of wines, as well as some Tony C's favorites.
