The first suspect, 17-year-old Ricky Thompson III of Manor, was arrested on Thursday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Round Rock Police Chief Allen Banks confirmed there were multiple shooters and that more charges will be brought against those involved.

The shooting, which occurred on June 15 at Old Settlers Park, was the result of an argument between two groups, leading to an exchange of gunfire. Lyndsey Vicknair, 31, and Ara Duke, 54, innocent bystanders, were killed. All 14 injured parties sustained gunshot wounds.
