Hooters Closes "Underperforming" Restaurants: Blames "Current Market Conditions"

A "select number" of Hooters restaurants have permanently shut their doors, with the chain citing "pressure from current market conditions" as the reason for closures. In a statement, Hooters assured that it is committed to ensuring staff well-being and that the brand remains "highly resilient and relevant."

Despite the closures, Hooters is expanding with new locations and launching frozen products in grocery stores.
