Chicago Woman Goes Missing in the Bahamas

The family of Taylor Casey, a Chicago woman missing in the Bahamas, is pleading for the public's help.

"We are deeply concerned for Taylor's safety and well-being. We love Taylor and want her home." – Colette Seymore, Casey's mother

Last seen on June 19 in the area of Paradise Island, Nassau, confirmed by the Royal Bahamas Police Force, the 41-year-old yoga enthusiast was on a retreat at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, fulfilling a dream of deepening her 15-year yoga practice.

Casey's mother, Colette Seymore, believes her daughter is in danger, stating, "I believe Taylor is in danger because she was eager to share her yoga retreat experience with others upon her return. Taylor would never disappear like this."

Casey is described as 5'10" tall, 145 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair, often covered with a do-rag.

The Find Taylor Casey Facebook group has been set up by loved ones, who are traveling to Paradise Island to coordinate with local authorities.

Group member Anna DeShawn posted:

"I’m currently in shock & can't believe I’m making this post. Taylor is such a sweet person who cares so deeply about the community."

The family is desperate for any information on Casey's whereabouts and is urging anyone with knowledge to come forward.
