Verizon's New Slogan: "We Hear You Now"

The telecom giant is launching a new ad campaign that hearkens back to its iconic "Can You Hear Me Now?" commercials. This time, the focus is on all the ways Verizon connects customers, beyond just phone calls.

"We are a telco company but, truly, we are a life company," said Leslie Berland, Verizon's CMO.

The new ad will run on broadcast and streaming TV, social media, and in theaters.

Along with the ad, Verizon is offering updated promotions, including discounted streaming deals and a guarantee to buy back any smartphone, even if it's cracked or inoperable.

MyHome Internet Plans

Verizon's new MyHome internet plans start at $35/month with auto-pay, offering home internet and entertainment options without hidden fees. Customers can add streaming services like Disney+, Netflix, and YouTube Premium for $10/month each, a discounted rate.

"The whole internet and entertainment market is very, very complicated today," said Sowmyanarayan Sampath, CEO of Verizon Consumer. "MyHome is aimed at solving exactly those pain points."

Wireless Phone Trade-In & Ticket Deals

Verizon wireless customers can trade in any smartphone, regardless of condition, toward a new device. The company's new premium access program will also offer pre-sale tickets to concerts, sports events, and movie premieres.

Verizon is updating its logo, dropping the current red checkmark for a red "V" with a yellow glow. The new logo and ads will be featured on social media, digital platforms, and TV systems.
