It's on: Biden vs. Trump presidential debate tonight

President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump face off in the first 2024 debate tonight at 9 p.m. ET. The showdown combines the highest average age of presumptive nominees. The winner in November will be the oldest President ever.

Ages: Trump (78) born June 14, 1946; Biden (81) born Nov. 20, 1942.

Pew study shows party split on coverage: 46% Dems say media undercovers Trump's age, while 48% GOP say same of Biden.

Washington Post, NYT, and WSJ published 76 articles on Biden's age, and seven on Trump's from Jan 15-June 17, per Media Matters.
