• Jeremy Allen White as Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto, the head chef and protagonist who inherited the restaurant after his brother's suicide. Carmy is "singularly focused on achieving perfection" this season.
• Ayo Edebiri as Sydney Adamu, Carmy's sous chef, partner, and financial stakeholder in the restaurant.
• Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Richard 'Richie' Jerimovich, a close friend of the family and manager, supporting Carmy's culinary vision.
• Lionel Boyce as Marcus Brooks, the pastry chef at "The Bear."
• Liza Colón-Zayas as Bettina 'Tina' Marrero, a line cook whose responsibilities and challenges evolve this season.
• Abby Elliott as Natalie 'Sugar' Berzatto, Carmy's elder sister and COO of the restaurant.
