Biden's future in question after debate performance

Axelrod tells CNN there will be discussions about whether [President Biden] (https://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/joe-biden/) should continue his 2024 bid after a weak debate performance. Biden stuttered and rambled while debating [former President Trump] (https://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/donald-trump/). Axelrod says Biden scored points on issues but failed to seem energetic, appearing "disoriented." He also criticizes Trump as "nasty" and "petty."
