Cracker Barrel is spicing things up with its largest menu revamp in the brand's history. From now until August 5, Texas patrons can test out nearly 20 new menu items, including recipe adjustments to favor employees, like their famous chicken n' dumplins.

"For nearly 55 years, guests have known and loved us for our authentic, homestyle cooking, and that's not going away, we've only added more flavor and crave to the menu and made it easier to navigate,"

• Cinnamon bread French toast: cinnamon-infused French toast with a cream cheese icing kick.
• Banana pudding: a whipped cream and caramel spins on a classic.
