Hurricane Beryl Slams Into Grenada as a Category 4 Storm

As of Monday, Hurricane Beryl had made landfall on Grenada's Carriacou Island as a Category 4 hurricane, with sustained winds of 150 mph. Spaghetti models predict a path through the Caribbean towards Mexico, but a turn Northeast towards Houston or New Orleans is still possible.

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) warns residents to remain in their shelters, as Beryl remains an "extremely dangerous" hurricane.
