Head-on crash and arrest caught on video.

Jermaine Sims, 35, died in custody. Allegedly the perpetrator of a multivehicle crash, cops arrested him, and he died in mysterious circumstances shortly after. Could this be another case of police brutality? Tragic and suspicious.

Tuesday, June 17, 4pm: Multiple 911 calls report Jermaine Joseph Sims (35), "acting erratic" and "throwing things" in a Circle K gas station. Callers request police, EMTs and mental health services.

4:09pm: Sims steals pickup, drives wrong way on I-35, colliding with multiple vehicles. #

4:10pm: Officers Brandon Langer and David Lewis arrive, apprehend Sims, who is nude and agitated. Handcuffed, Sims admits: "I've been smoking crack". #

6:04pm: Sims pronounced dead at hospital. Cause of death TBD by medical examiner. Investigation ongoing, no charges yet. #
