An Instagram post claimed:

Joe Biden read the 'end of quote' prompt on the teleprompter again. Dude is shot.

The post shows a video of President Joe Biden delivering remarks on the Supreme Court's ruling on presidential immunity. Biden quotes Justice Sotomayor's dissent, saying:

In every use of official power, the president is now a king above the law. With fear for our democracy, I dissent. End of quote.

Rating: False

Biden properly attributed the quote to Justice Sotomayor and used "end of quote" to signal the end of the quote. He then shared his own opinion on the ruling. Biden has a history of using the phrase "end of quote" when citing others.
