The hunt for America's favorite french fries ends in Austin with a clear winner: P. Terry’s, an Austin original, bags the top spot with over 25% of reader votes.

The secret to their success? Simple, fresh ingredients. Liam Davila, the Fry Guy, walks us through the process: slice potatoes, soak in hot water & vinegar, rinse, dry, fry, salt, and serve in a paper bag.
