With just over 100 days until the 2024 presidential election, all eyes are on Vice President Kamala Harris' pick for a running mate. While the betting market keeps Arizona Senator Mark Kelly and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as frontrunners, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has made a surge in the odds.

"The market fluctuates almost hourly...it's based off of one news story or maybe even a rumor," Ryan Butler, senior news analyst at Covers.com, said. He also noted that European bettors often treat these markets casually, especially when it comes to VP nominations.
