Toddler dies in babysitter's home from dog attack in Texas

A 2-year-old Texas child died Monday after three rottweilers attacked them at their babysitter's home. Houston PD is investigating the tragedy.

Texas Toddler Killed by Babysitter's Dogs

Houston, Texas - A police investigation is underway after a two-year-old girl, Adaya Fisher, was mauled to death by three Rottweilers while in the care of a babysitter in North Houston on Monday afternoon.

"The child was attacked inside the home."

Houston police arrived at the scene around 12:20 p.m., and the toddler was rushed to Texas Children's Hospital, where she sadly succumbed to her injuries.

The dogs involved in the attack were surrendered by their owners and have since been humanely euthanized by Houston's BARC.

The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will determine the official cause of death.
