  • 25 homes and 4 others damaged confirmed by Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

  • Crews use aircraft to drop water and retardant, establish containment lines, and protect structures.
  • 5% containment on southeastern edge, handline above Masonville holding.
  • Early indications show Cameron Peak Fire burn scar aiding northern containment.
  • Weekend storms possible, but dry and gusty winds a concern.
  • Fire grows to 9,300+ acres, 5% contained; ~30 structures damaged or destroyed.
